I've been an huge K&N supporter for years. Every vehicle I've owned I've had some intake related component from them on the vehicle. I ordered up the CAI setup for my 2020 G80 Sport through K&N's own website (got it for a Kia Stinger with the same 3.3T motor), and when the package arrived it had the intake tubes for only the passenger side in the box. I called up customer service and told me to take pictures from the box and of the parts and with the part numbers on the parts and to send them back in the email. I did that on May 25 and still have yet to hear back. I called up customer service again today and was told that they canceled my original email but couldnt tell me why. So after putting me on hold again she says that she put in a purchase order for the tube and then I asked am I getting this part and all she would give me was that someone may reach out to me and that they may need you to send the part back or the whole intake. So now I'm even more confused as to wtf I'm going to be getting. It's ashame that at this point I really wish I went with the Injen setup instead because this has been an absolute shit show.

Tried to send back a cold air intake that threw all kinds of codes on my car back and they sent an email saying that a shipping label would be sent within 3 days. Well after the third day I didn’t receive one I replied back three times and they didn’t reply back. By the time I was gonna just send it back and hopefully they’d cover the cost it was past the 30 day return policy. So they got $500 bucks for me learning a lesson to leave well enough alone. They’re nowhere near the company they used to be.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered the wrong filter and needed to send it back. I contacted the return department and got return authorization right away. I sent it back right away and they received it 3 days later. After a week of hearing nothing or getting a refund I emailed them. No response. I called and waited on hold for 31 minutes. I was told it would take 2 weeks for my refund to be sent to accounting for a refund. So it takes 3 weeks to a month from the time you ship it back ,at your cost, to get a refund. I won’t be doing business with K N ever again for my cars or motorcycle.

Customer service hours 10am-4pm CST. 5 business days to process an in-stock item. Getting delays and sent the wrong parts after sending pics. This whole project has cost me over a month in delays because of these things. How does a car part company survive like this!!

I order a certain part and I get the wrong part received and after proving that it was the wrong part they still said it was the right one and told me I have to pay for the returns. Don't even buy nothing from here horrible customer service

Filter Quality and Customer Service is so bad. What is this Eindhoven Tech customer service? Maybe they are never fixed car or know anything about quality or customer service. One advise, don't order any K&N stuff.

Purchased cold air intake 63-2616, molding all had holes in it the fit and finish was at best extremely poor. Seem’s they no longer have quality control when they used to be a decent product never to buy again.

Wait 4 weeks for a delivery and the product finder on website sent me to the wrong item that doesn’t fit my motorcycle. Really disappointed don’t recommend the service are really bad. Just received my package after sending several emails complaining about my order and the customer service asked sorry about the delay. Really disappointed with the service.
