I purchased their buy one get one special. The shade was too dark. They would only replace one and sent me a half full bottle with a broken pump. However klyr has now made it right and corrected the problem. I am very much satisfied with this resolution & their service. Despite the little bump in the road they we quick to solve the issues & handled it very professionally,

Hi Matthew, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience—I get why that’s frustrating. Just to clarify, on the bottle, it can sometimes look half full because of how the product sits inside. Each bottle is filled with 15ml, but it can stick to the sides. If that happens, you can place the bottle halfway in warm water (don’t fully submerge it), then let it sit upright for a day or two so everything settles at the bottom. As for the pump, this is normally resolved by once the products settle at the bottom; you can also try to lightly tap the bottle to help the product move down. When they say it blends in well, it really does. It covers everything from red spots to dry skin to acne and more. And you can't tell that it's there, which really makes me more self-confident. I bought two to take advantage of the sale and to have enough for a while. I took one star off because both pumps don't work, so I have to use a Q-tip to get it out. It still works great on my face, though.

It’s really good stuff. Once it dries doesn’t rub off. Gives my face a nice tint while blending in. I have a shaved head so it’s hard to not get a line when using product. Only gripe is it sits into fine lines and wrinkles. I have to use another concealer for under eye and will need to stay on top of my Botox! lol.

I would have given 5 stars as the product is great but, I paid for upgraded shipping, and it was delayed and came later than if I chose regular shipping.

5/2/26 - Final Review! Quick update... been using the Light tint concealer and must say this is some good stuff. Not sure how they have managed to get the tint as they did, but it does a superb job of even hiding age spots. Blends perfectly and no need to use much at all.. literally just a dot of this stuff is enough. (Probably need to get some of those sponges rather than just using my finger, but still works.) Did find that it's best to ensure it's blended and dried full before using sunscreen, else the concealer will tend to smudge away. Only other comment is that I can't really tell, but assume, the bottle indeed is full when shipped; doesn't look that way when you open it the first time. Anyway, this is a solid product. ----------------------------------------------------------- Thought I'd share an update re: recent contacts with Kylr after their initial reply to my prior review. I want to thank Joan for having reached out and acknowledging that my prior customer service experience was far less than acceptable and that things should have been handled much differently when I received my initial shipment that was damaged. The company sent me a replacement order which arrived today intact and properly sealed, and I'll add some additional comments now that I'll have the chance to try the concealer and see how it works. Thank you, Joan, for helping to set things right. I appreciate that. (I've updated the star rating at this time given the integrity of the response I have recently received, and Joan gets *5* stars for excellent customer service.) ------------------------------------------------------------ If I could give a zero star I would. Total scam operation. Product I ordered back in January arrived unsealed, half-used (likely a demo or something) and absolutely no response from customer service (other than their b.s. auto response claiming someone would be in touch within 24-hours.) I faithfully tried to get assistance and they couldn't give a damn. Finally ended up initiating a dispute and later a claim via PayPal. The company also insisted I return, at my expense, the damaged product to the Netherlands which I did, following their instructions for how to label the package, and in the end it has remained essentially frozen in customs on their side; they never once bothered to claim the return so I could have more easily received my refund. PayPal finally took care of things for me. Do NOT waste your time with this company. Total fraud.
