We are really sorry about the late delivery and understand your concern regarding it. However, during our call discussion, I informed you that it takes time to custom design with various colored diamonds, and we could try to ship within 3 weeks, which we agreed on it. We are continuously working to improve our shipping process and tracking accuracy. We truly appreciate that you’re satisfied with the pendant and that you found it even better than your previous one! 😊 Again, we apologize for the late shipping and assure you it will not happen in the future!

So sad to hear about the confusion occurs with your order. As you can see our chat transcript (I already emailed you again) I had clearly mention that the customisation you need is a lot of time taking so it will take more than 4 weeks to ship and that's why it is delayed. And also we never commit to deliver within 2 week, We always say that we will ship within 2 weeks of time. And thank you for your kind words about how you love the watch.😊 We really appreciate that & Apologies for the delayed order again, We will take care of that in future as we are always open to hear people's feedback.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the packaging of your watch. During shipping, we used plastic bubbles between the two boxes to secure the packaging and avoid product damage or scratches. It’s possible that the package was pressed against other parcels, but we will take care of it in the future. Thank you for your kind words about the diamond watch. 😊 We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we truly value your feedback as we try to improve our services.
