I really wanted to love my watch, but unfortunately, the packaging was quite poor. When I opened the box, I found that it wasn't properly adjustable, and there were some plastic bubbles in packaging that made me wonder. While I appreciate the quality of the watch itself, with its stunning sparkle and beautiful diamonds, the most important thing is that there was no damage or scratches on my watch.

During shipping, we used plastic bubbles between the two boxes to secure the packaging and avoid product damage or scratches.
