Hello Trevor, thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. All our watches are made from stainless steel, and gold color (yellow or rose) is done with plating, which is already mentioned on our website. Over time, things like perfume, sanitizer, or other chemicals can affect this outer layer. This is common for any plated watch and can cause the rhodium coating to fade. We never claim our watches are real gold, and we always try to keep everything clear before purchase. Still, we’re here to help and would be happy to check your case again if you’d like.
