HipHop Pendant is good BUT with delayed delivery
I was told I will get it in 3 weeks but it took 5 week of time so I am a bit upset. But the pendant was good. I compared with my 2 year older pendant and this seems way good. Giving 3 reviews out of 5 because satisfied with product not with shipping. As it was not even showing on UPS portal even after they provided tracking number for 2 days.

We are really sorry about the late delivery and understand your concern regarding it. However, during our call discussion, I informed you that it takes time to custom design with various colored diamonds, and we could try to ship within 3 weeks, which we agreed on it. We are continuously working to improve our shipping process and tracking accuracy.
