*** After refusing their original answer that they would not refund my second year, they did give me a full refund. I have changed my 1 star review to 4 stars. I would give them 5 stars had I been able to try the app for even just 7 days before purchasing. Bad customer service! I purchased and downloaded the app last year but after reviewing it I realized it wouldn't work for me. I deleted the app within a few days and wrote the $70 annual fee off to a learning experience, if they don't let you preview the app and how it works don't purchase! Now a year later they charge me again. I immediately contacted them and canceled, and asked for a refund but they refused? I have NEVER used thus app and now I am paying for 2 years. What a scam! A good business would realize their product doesn't work for everyone. I didn't ask for the first year back, I should have but as I said I wrote that off as a learning experience. But this second year I write off to their bad business.

I love, love, love the Klinio app. I can be a very skeptical person when it comes to things like an app helping me with my health. Klinio is hands down the best thing I have ever encountered. I was so nervous when my doctor told me I was pre-diabetic. A friend recommended Klinio I purchased and downloaded the app. I use it everyday and log into the app no less then five times a day. I highly recommend it!!

KLINIO HAD THE RIGHT DIRT OPTIONS, REMINDERS! TEACHING AND ENCOURAGEMENT FOR ME. TO MAKE SIMPLE LIFE CHANGES TO IMPROVE MY PREDIABETES. I HAVE A WAYS TO GO BUT HAVE SEEN IMPROVEMENTS AND WILL CONTINUE TO GROW WITH KLINIO

Easy to use, good information to manage diabetes.

The program made me feel positive and that it was possible for me to start a switch to being healthier! The recipes were simple, tasty, and foods that I actually enjoy. Klinio laid out an easy way for me to make a plan so I didn’t feel overwhelmed making one by myself, which is what had been keeping me from doing it in the first place.

I signed up for Klinio because it was supposed to offer planned meals. Once I was in the "cart" to pay they tried to up-sell me more times than I counted (4-6). You could not move thru without declining each offer and then there was another....I finally pay and immediately discover, one of those upsells was the product I thought was coming with the cost of the 90 day trial. I asked IMMEDIATELY for a refund and was told that would only be provided if I found fault with the service. NEVER again. My next complaint will be to Facebook.

Klinio teaches how to improve your health for pre diabetes and diabetics. There are food meal plan levels based on your needs with a huge variety of balanced food choices. In 1 week I have lost 5 pounds enjoying delicious food.
