Klino me permite modificar el men según mi gusto, esto hace fácil seguirla ya que muchas solo ofrecen una opción y está puede ser aburrida lo que lleva a abandonar la dieta. Me permite controlar mis actividades y mis parámetros vitales. Es también poco invasiva, no está atosigándote para seguir la dieta. Además, las dudas que he tenido han sido contestadas rápidamente y en forma precisa. Klinio se ha convertido en mi aliada, hasta a mi familia le gusta. Me ha parecido útil los diferentes consejos que me han dado al inicio, generalmente al inicio de otras dietas tenia mucha sensación de hambre y no sabia que hacer y entonces terminaba abandonándolas, sin embargo he aprendido a mirar la meta final y esto me hace poder superar ese pequeño obstáculo, hoy en dia ya no tengo hambre entre comidas. Si bien los cambios son un poco lentos ahora, ya me siento mejor y entiendo que es cuestión de paciencia.

Sichere App, guter Kundenservice, man muß sich nicht an die Rezepte halten, kann auch eigene Zutaten eingeben, gibt mir abends die Übersicht, welche Nahrungsbausteine mir noch fehlen oder ob es schon reicht, vor allem zur Blutzuckereinstellung gute App
