The app and program are very easy to follow. Like the way they have the app setup, so you can go directly to the site you need.

Has menu and nutrition values for you to follow along with easy way to log glucose and weight. Easy to choose meals to fit you. Makes it very easy. Not hungry. Glucose down about 70 points in 1 week.

Dear Rebecca, thank you for your review!

A Me andava bene senza cambiamenti. Risolvete i problemi piuttosto!
