I really can’t yet because I’m just now getting my feet wet

I love the meal plans. They choose a meal for you and if you want something different they give you other options so you are choosing a meal that you will eat. In my experience that's important. I have no problem following my plan. They give the ingredients, which are not outlandish and you probably already have in your kitchen. I can't say enough about the meal plans. It has changed my eating habits for the better.

I like that fact that you can change the meals and tha they all have recipies. I like the tracking aspect of blood glucose, weight, etc.

Who enters their eggs in oz? I deleted the account to cancel About 2 hours after I signed up and I assumed they would credit my card. Of course, I didn't see the fine print, that says contact their support before you delete the account. I sent an email requesting a credit but they couldn't do it. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. What a bunch of @@@@ I couldn't find away to change the measuring units on the data entry screen. It was more work to do the research or contact their support people than continue using the app. I have an extensive background in computers and this is too complicated to use.

Klinio is very interactive and easy to navigate. I like scrolling through the meal options. I have already found a breakfast, lunch and dinner that I keep going back to. I can also plug in what I have in my pantry and figure out a meal with the options Klinio provides.
