This is a very useful app. I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and I have learned quite a bit of ways to ate healthy as a diabetic from this app. It’s very easy to follow and very helpful. This company is really doing a good job making great recipes and great information available.

When I signed up, I was a "novice" in diabetic diets. I have learned so much in the last few weeks it is remarkable! I LOVE this program because it has so much information and takes you step by step. They are there for any questions you might have with a quick response. The help that they give you is unbelievable!! I have done very well during the weeks I have been in the program - I have lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks! I am so pleased. My knowledge has increased so much! Thank you for all the encouragement!!

I purchased this to help with pre-diabetes. When I realized everything was online, I tried to cancel. I’m not great with technology. I get emails quite often from them. I’d love to be able to use this, but I can’t. I have responded to the “help,” but no one ever answers my question except to say they’ve received it. I want my subscription cancelled. It’s ridiculous to pay for something that I haven’t even downloaded. When I looked up how to cancel, it says I must first give a reason. I can’t find a place to do that. I wish subscriptions could be offered by mail.

I signed up on 01/21/23. I was immediately bombarded with emails and offers wanting me to spend more money. I am on social security and don’t have a lot of money to spend so I immediately asked to cancel my subscription and give my money back. Klingon refused, even though I never used the service even once! I feel like I was taken advantage of, I just wanted my $66 back You are bad people taking advantage of poor people on social security and Medicare!

Great to have meal plan suggestions!

I like this program because it provides a easy to follow meal plan and lots of information about diabetes. I’m glad I found this app as its so helpful to me.

Klinio has given me the education and support I need to confidently make food and activity choices that have improved my health drastically. Now I eat with confidence and joy knowing that what I prepare is wholesome and delicious. The tracking features are easy to use. The encouragement is spot on. When you are taught by real nutritionists, you learn just how much misinformation there is out there about what you should and should not eat. It is a relief to finally get it right. I highly recommend Klinio to anyone who wants the education and support they need to finally get it right. Finally, find joy in eating good food and having a healthful life.

Paid £57 for some food ideas and thought the extra bits would be good. Everything is in lbs and oz so not really suitable for uk market and doesn’t have function to change these.
