Klinio feels like a friend to work with on this journey. I like the meals, the app, the guidance and the swapping of meals. It's all working well. Glad I took the 6 month package. Seeing my blood glucose improve and seeing what spikes it is an education. One recommendation would be to offer a tutorial to new clients (unless there is one and I've missed it). Thank you Klinio.
