The Klinio app is a diabetic app that helps me track my calorie intake, nutrition, exercise, Blood Glucose level, (BGL), water, Ketones, blood pressure, and provides meal plans for a range of types, ketogenic, vegan etc. The Klinio Co has great customer service and has provided detailed information on whatever I ask for, e.g. nutritional value of foods, BGL, and Ketone testing, or how to use the app, and help to get my password reset. Thank you Klinio.

The meals are good what I can follow easily. So far, I have lost 1.5 stone and very happy. My glucose is already down. Love what Klinio is doing. I am telling friends and family about Klinio and suggested that they start using Klinio for weight loss and pre-diabetes or diabetes.

The app makes it easy to track your foods and keep you within daily limits. The articles are informative without adding too much. This is great for anyone struggling with diabetes.

Educational and helpful in evaluating health choices.

I downloaded this app and purchased a subscription. Once I found out I was diagnosed with prediabetes and had no idea what I could, and could not eat and this app is really helped me understand what I need to cook and order. In terms of meal prepping it gives me a grocery list for the week which I can then just purchase online and check off the list in my phone or go and print it off. It’s just incredibly helpful and convenient with logging my meals, counting my calories, and my blood sugar, and water intake. It’s been a lifesaver especially when I’m eating out. I can look up whatever food I ate at a certain restaurant and stole log those carbs and keep track of them even if it’s not perfect it’s still better than not knowing what I’m eating at all. Which has helped me make better and healthier choices when I’m looking at a menu. I was really afraid when I got my diagnosis at first but with this app it’s definitely been helping me feel better and more in control. I do wish there was a little more variety in the meals but that could be just because of my strict diet that my variety is not as high. It’s also very affordable, considering everything that it offers.
