This app is by far the best diabetes eating app! I love the food plans and how my eating has improved and lost some weight! I truly wish others could see how great it is. The exercises are perfectly fine and if they’re not I move on. I’ve learned a lot!! Love this app soooooo much! 💙

The recipes are all so delicious and diverse, I was stuck in a meat and potatoes world and hours preparing meals. Short 3-20 minute meals! I’m on the 27 day flush and feel great, not looking for snacks or candy! Also lost 6#!!! Can’t wait to see the next menu! sincerely , JerreneM
