Purchased for my husband for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, he cannot eat a lot that is on this plan due to allergies.There are many seeds and nuts, which he can't eat due to diverticulitis. He said they're feeding birds after he'd read it. They told me that they couldn't refund because I was over the 14 days. Wouldn't do it again, that's for sure.

I am really happy with MyDiabetes diet plan. So I have family history with gestational diabetes. My mother had it when she was expecting me, so I naturally wanted to avoid having the condition during my own pregnancy. I consulted my doctor and she said my sugar levels are in the “danger zone” and I’m likely to develop the condition. She then gave me a brochure with diet guidelines to follow to manage my sugar levels. I felt like it’s wasn’t enough as I would still have to figure out a lot of things on my own. So I browsed the net and found MyDiabetes diet. I’m following the plan for two months now and the results are better than one could expect. My sugar levels are really close to norm now (148 mg/dl this morning) and I happened to lose 8 lbs, which is also really nice!

MyDiabetes is an excellent product because : 1) It helps with prediabetes/gestational diabetes and type 2 diabetes. I'm using the prediabetes diet and my mom is using type 2 diabetes diet. 2) It includes products you like more and excludes the ones that you dont like at all. For example, I don't eat meat that much and a lot of prediabetic meal recommendations include eating certain types of meat, so It would make it hard for me to follow those guidelines. 3) Mydiabetes also offers a sports program. you should know controlling diabetes is a lot about controlling weight, so that definitely helps. 4) If you feel like your meal plan starts to get "boring", you can change up the ingredients with the ones that have the same nutritional value. Ok sorry if this sounds like advertising. I'm just really happy with it because it works great for me and my mom(she even decreased her insulin intake).

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes this summer and I had a really bad time accepting the fact that I will have to measure my blood sugar levels every day and that there's loads of things I can't eat now and just the fact that you have to be constantly aware.. it is so tiring..Loads of research was done to find out how I can help myself. I saw some people recommending MyDiabetes so I also tried it out. I'm on their meal plan for 4 months now and I can't say it's easy. Diabetes is still diabetes. But what I realized, it's not as bad as I thought in the beginning.

I want to start by saying: dont let diabetes take over your life. You should be controlling your condition and not the other way around. I really appreciate that products as such(MyDiabetes) exist. When I was diagnosed I told myself - I will not become an insulin slave. I barely let myself even take painkillers when I have a headache. In my opinion the less medicine you take the better. So shout out to Mydiabetes for creating such a good management tool. I would call myself a loyal customer of their as I'm following the plan for 6 months now. It doesn't ge tboring becuase you can change up the products. Eventually you just learn what's good for your body, you read it's reactions. Using MyDiabetes helped me to reduce my insulin intake almost twice. That's why I'm an advocate! It really works!
