Reversing Diabetes is possible! I've had Type 2 Diabetes for 6 years and was on 104 units of insulin a day. My physician kept upping my insulin dose because I was insulin resistant. That was not the right approach. After two months of following my meal plan, I have reduced my insulin intake by 40%, I've lost 17 pounds and my overall health has improved significantly. I have every expectation that I'll be off of all insulin soon (make sure your doctor monitors your progress and adjusts your insulin dose as the dietary changes increase your sensitivity to insulin). I am very glad I found out about this meal plan

You cant let diabetes control your life!!!! You have to be controlling diabetes!!! And if you want to really help yourself, you should do it with food, rather than tons of medicine. I am following My Diabetes plan for 2 months now. So far no major inconveniences. I lost 10 lbs. The menu still looks interesting, yet simple to make. I am cooking some of the meals for my whole family and they are loving it. Kudos to MyDiabetes team. We need products as such and we need them to be promoted my healthcare specialist, not only facebook ads…

I started using MyDiabetes after I got diagnosed with prediabetes. I will do all it takes to avoid developing this condition. However, following the meal plan I got isn’t as much of a sacrifice as I thought it is going to be. I have one cheat day per week to keep myself sane and make the remaining 6 days easier. I noticed I am feeling much better, have more energy and also I’M LOSING WEIGHT!!! In two months of following MyDiabetes meal plan, I lost 16 lbs.
