Many things wrong with this product!
First, my car refuses to eat his food mixed with the supplement. Second, it is very sticky like fine sugar! Third, the packaging has no ingredients listed. Fourth, the measurements are metric sold to USA consumers. It indicated 5 grams for my 17 pound cat (after converting kg to lbs). It doesn’t even tell you how much one scoop weighs. I weighed one scoop full which was about 1.22 grams. They expect me to put 5 scoop fulls on my cats food! I wish I had sought out honest reviews before purchasing. I think the product is basically sugar! I cancelled my subscription online but I have a feeling they will get around it. I am not even going to try to return the second jar because I don’t want them to have my payment info.

Hi Suzanne, We understand why this raised concerns. If your cat wouldn’t eat it and the texture or measurements weren’t clear, that’s understandably frustrating. To clarify a few points, our serving guide is based on weight ranges, and the scoop size can vary slightly depending on how it’s filled, which is why the gram measurement is provided as the more accurate reference. The texture you described is also part of the formulation, but we understand that it may not work well for every cat. We also hear your concern around labeling and subscription settings. That information should always be clear, and you should have full control over your account without any confusion. This isn’t the experience we want anyone to have, and feedback like this matters. If you’re open to it, you can contact us at [email protected] so we can review your account and make sure everything is set correctly moving forward. Mariel from KittySupps
