This is a sketchy company :( Unfortunately my entire experience with this company left me with a bad taste. I got sucked in by their effective Facebook marketing and purchased some taurine for my cats. Immediately and without choice given, I was added to their "auto-subscribe" in which they would send me their product monthly. Trying to cancel the auto-subscription had me jumping through absolute hoops. There is no easy way to cancel on their website. I can't comment on the actual product yet because I ordered January 29th and today is February 16th (18 days later) and I still havent received the items. It shows they shipped on February 2nd so I guess they use the slowest delivery service known to man? Overall, it seems this is a scammy company with fraudulent and unethical practices. Shop elsewhere.

Once orders leave our facility they move into the hands of our carrier partners, and transit times can unfortunately stretch in ways we cannot always predict or control, but that does not mean you are left without options.
