Shipping time is horrible
Product works but took forever to receive it. Feels like it was only sent after I called to ask where it was 2 weeks after ordering. Ordered 4/1 received 4/21.

Took a whole month to get here… it was finally delivered today
Been waiting a month. Comes from China… it finally came. I will see how my kitty feels and add to my review.

My cats like it in their very food and…
My cats like it in their food and I think I see improvement in the older cats mood, energy, and coat. BUT,,, can anyone tell me how to measure a gram of the product??? The instructions say to dose by grams per kg, but doesn’t say what amount equals a gram of their product. Is it the little plastic spoon on the jar equals one gram??? How do customers know how much they are giving their kitty? And HATE that there is no customer service number for questions/concerns. That always makes me suspicious of a company. Kitty Supps, please do better!

Slow and meh
Update: Still takes an entire month to get each shipment they send. They reached out to let me know that I should start with a smaller amount of the product to keep the cats from having bad digestive reactions. I think this should be on the product packaging or at least in some kind of getting started instructions they should include with new orders. Cats seem to be playing a bit more maybe, but no other noticeable differences so far. They still sleep a lot as cats do. No changes in fur or anything. ________________________________________________________ It took a whole month just to get the first order. Now my cat doesn't even want to eat the food with the supplements after the first two times. It also gave the cat runny poop. Nothing good in the experience at all.

It took forever to get my order and the…
It took forever to get my order and the dosing recommendations on the jar are not clear.....and, well there isn't much product in the jar and I'm already out after just 1 week of using it. Also I am concerned about the coloring added, why is it purple like that? Why can't you make it more condensed so less is used at each meal and each jar lasts longer? I know this is a money making business but try to consider your customers here and the pets...over your profits!!!!

Supp fragrance suggsts sugar
I do not like adding sweeteners to make more supps palatable and the sweet essence is quite overpowering.

Update to review
UPDATE: product arrived and has helped my cat. I discovered that I was enrolled in a subscription without my knowledge. I guess it’s in the fine print. Although I like the product, the lack of communication and the hidden subscription, I am trying other products. Took my money. No product. No communication in response to my request for an explanation. Lots of BIG SALE/ LIMITED TIME ADS sent to my email and a completely bogus letter about why the product is taking so long to arrive. Do not expect to receive what you have paid for. So disappointed bc my kitty needs help.
