Hi Kathy, Thank you for your honest feedback—we really appreciate you sharing it. We understand that the ordering process should be straightforward and easy, and if it didn’t feel that way, that’s on us. This wasn’t handled to the standard you should expect from us, and we take responsibility for that. If you’re open to it, we’d really value any specifics you can share so we can improve this moving forward. Thank you again for your support—it means a lot to us. Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Eva, Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate it, and we’re glad to hear your order arrived on time. Happy to help with this. The taurine is best mixed directly into your cat’s food—wet food usually works easiest, but it can also be mixed with dry food as long as it sticks well (you can add a small amount of water if needed). There’s no need to use an eye dropper—just mix the recommended amount into their meal so it’s taken naturally. If you’re unsure about the exact serving based on your cat’s weight, feel free to email us at [email protected] with your cat’s details, and we’ll guide you step by step. We’re here if you need anything, and we appreciate your support. Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Debbie, Thank you so much for sharing this—we truly appreciate it. We’re really glad to hear your cats are already showing positive changes. While delivery is handled by our carrier partners once it leaves us, this still wasn’t the experience you should have had, and we take responsibility for that. We’re continuing to improve this moving forward. Thank you again for your trust and support—it means a lot to us. Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Amy, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, and we are sorry the wait was longer than it should have been. We know how much you were looking forward to getting started, and every extra day of waiting when you're trying to do something good for your cats is genuinely frustrating. We appreciate your patience more than we can say. As for your little ones turning their noses up at the taurine, honestly, we hear this sometimes and it almost always comes down to cats being, well, cats! They are the world's most opinionated food critics and any new addition to their bowl can be met with full-on suspicion at first. The good news is that you are already on the right track thinking they will get used to it. A trick that a lot of our customers have found really helpful is to start with an absolutely tiny amount, we mean a pinch, mixed into a strong-flavoured wet food, then build up very gradually over a week or two until they barely notice it is there. Going slow is the secret. We really do hope they come around, because once they settle in, the results can be wonderful. But if you ever hit a wall and feel stuck, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will happily troubleshoot with you personally. Sending love to your whole crew! 🐾 - Mariel from KittySupps
