I became a new customer in May 2026
I became a new customer in May 2026. I made my first order. I received an email a couple weeks later stating I need to provide a different payment method. So,I reordered and provided a payment method. Something told me to check my original order and credit card statement. They had charged my credit card $69.85 already on 5.4.26. I sent an email to support kitty support informing them of this problem and to please cancel the second order and any other pending orders/subscriptions. I received the first order of three containers. They charged my card again on 6.9.26 again $69.79. I did not receive that until August. I had sent several emails to support to Cleo, She assured me my orders were cancelled and they would get this straightened out. They then charged my card double the price of $129.82 on 7.9.26 and again on 8.7.26 for $129.26. I have asked for a supervisor and no one responded. I would not recommend this company. They are not a reputable company. I have all my correspondence with them . I’m very disappointed. I want to be reimbursed for orders I have not ordered. Do not trust them. They say one thing then keeping charging your credit card.

Cat wont eat it
My cat wont eat any of his food that I put the powder on. I even used more gravy and mixed it up. So I want to cancel my order.

My six cats would not touch their food…
My six cats would not touch their food once I sprinkle this supplement on it. I had ordered one can to try it and then another one shows up within two weeks and they had charged my credit card over twice the price I paid for the first one. My credit card company called me because they thought it was fraud and it sure was. My credit card company stopped the charge and issued me a new credit card because of their unscrupulous practices. This companies continue to take advantage of pet owners who love their animals and will do anything to keep them healthy. As far as I could see, this is just another scam. I threw the product in the garbage and will not buy anything from the Internet again. rely on your veterinarians they know the best way to take care of the health of your pets!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY
DONT USE THIS COMPANY I would have given them no stars but it didnt give me that option, I ordered once on a discounted rate, i had no active subscriptions and i never ordered again and have now be billed two months in a row and have had to cancel my card, i have been emailing since the first unauthorised payment and i feel like their replies from Cleo and Anna are all automatic, they promise they will refund etc and then nothing, its now with the fraud team at my bank. I would never buy from them again

Shipping orders that were not order, unauthorised charge to my bank account
June I recieved my first order, then In july noticed a charge to my bank account for $89. From kittyssup. I Did not order. They took money without authorities. I was told that a refund was being issued. 14 days ago. Has not happen, at this point I will never do bussines with this company again. Trying to send it back for a refund yeah right ner impossible. Shady company stay away from them. Im on social secerity,disability, not only did they take $89 for a purchase I did not make, Caused my account to be overdrawn costing me an additional $70. I wanted just to try it. All this happen 2 weeks before my check taking what little money I had. So why the bleep did it cost me $159.00. Bad bad business practice, dishonest and scammed. Stay away. All they care about is making money with no requards to their customers. Never never will I do bussiness with them again.

No Refunds Allowed
I had ordered the Taurine once and didnt exactly like the product. It has an odd smell. I kept it because I had opened a container to try (note: you cannot send back any product you have opened so if your cats don't like it, you are stuck). Out of the blue, I received a duplicate of my first order that I didn't buy. They had sent the order using the credit card I used without my authorization. I emailed almost the entire month of July with someone named Anna and then Cleo. They acknowledged it was a mistake but said their "system" wasn't set up to return my money. So I did they only thing I could..contacted the card company. My money was put back on my card today. Oh, BTW, they actually charged my card DOUBLE what the price was. So the moral is, dont order from them. They have bad business practices and I don't do business like that.

I was sent additional product and…
I was sent additional product and billed without a subscription and without authorization. The company tells you to reject the product when it comes,s and they will issue a partial refund. This is a scam operation. Do not purchase from these people.

When I received my first order I gave the proper dosage to my cat. A few hours later she vomited and did so for 5 days. This product is terrible. I can't believe they sell this. I cancelled my order over the weekend and that following Monday this company processed my order anyway. That is fraud! They are refusing to give me a refund for the money they stole from me
