I believe the supplement helps my cats. My last order, though, was lost. They say it was delivered but it wasn't, and I waited 6 weeks for it. Now they have offered to fill it again, and I hope it arrives more promptly.

I've got 2 female cats. 14 yr and 4 year olds. the older one did like it but not all the time.....the younger one did not even bite into it, just sniffed and walked away. So I have 2 extra bags which eventually, I will open . Maybe a diff flavor might be better , but for now. I'll wait to try again.

My experience was good but not great. Only because I was charged for another two jars of Taurine and I did not order them but the money was returned right away. That made me happy. Taurine is a good product and my cats are doing wonderful. I will order again in the future. Thank you.

The product is wonderful as far as I can tell It was just the mail getting the first order that was not great. 2 nd delivery was just in time. Would like to be able to manage the account with a reminder or a way to add to the order etc

Good service with respect to delivery. No problem with my cats, eating their food with the powder on it. The worst offender with respect to throwing up his food has not really improved. Don’t know if there is another problem, but we have to investigate further.

Their fur is shinier and smoother and they seem to be more alert.

Customer service is excellent. I didn't give it a 5 star because I'm not 100% sure the extra taurine in my cat's diet is helping. Might be the product. Might be their diet. I just haven't noticed any difference with them.

I've been using Kitty Supps Taurine powder for a couple of months now, and my cats are far more receptive to it than any other taurine product I've tried. Sprinkled over dry food, it's honestly like cats-on-crack behavior — bowls get cleaned, no fuss, no detective work. For anyone who's wrestled with picky eaters and supplements, that alone is worth a lot. One hiccup: my last order arrived with 3 of the 5 jars I'd ordered. Customer support was responsive though — once I reached out, they got the two missing jars shipped without any back-and-forth, so I'd give them credit for handling it cleanly. The honest knock is the price. It's noticeably more expensive than other taurine products on the market, and when you're feeding over 90 cats a day like we are, it makes a real dent in the budget. If it were just for a couple of house cats it wouldn't register, but at scale the math gets harder to justify — even when the cats clearly prefer it. Would still recommend, especially for anyone whose cats refuse other taurine supplements. Just go in knowing the cost and double-check your shipment when it arrives.
