The staff and team were friendly when I decided to cancel my order. The supplements came faster than I could offer them to my cat, and because they were not prescribed by my vet, I wasn’t sure I was giving my cat something he didn’t need.

It seemed to take forever to get my order. And I was frustrated that there wasn't information to translate into the measurement that we use here in the United States. So I had to spend a lot of time figuring out how to use the product. Which still at this point I don't feel like it's accurate. And therefore I'm kind of uncomfortable to use it.

The product seems very good but neither of my cats will let me give it to them. Terrible struggle and I came out on the short end. I may try again but if they won’t accept it I really don’t want to continue with it.

The Kittysupp Taurine has definitely made a difference for our cat. He throws up much less - he went from 3x/wk to 2-3x/month. It mixes well with the Delectable or Churu squeeze treats. The time between ordering and receiving was 2+ weeks, not sure why it takes so long
