First purchase from Kittenfy. Company is to be commended on great customer service. I rec'd the wrong size of an item but they quickly refunded me and I bought the correct size (gift) for my daughter. I was happy that they understood and I would not hesitate to purchase from Kittenfy again. Thank you for such great communication when I emailed you. A lot of companies would have ignored my concerns. Keep up your high standards with customer service and you will have many more customers!!

Perfect!! personized just how I wanted. It originally got lost in transit but customer support got right back to me same day by email, shipped me another one, and came very quickly.

Ordering process was seamless and shipping time was spot on. My only critique would be to have a way to track the actual order. I bought it as a gift and recipient absolutely loved it. They thought the customization of the kitties and human was phenomenal.
