Overall, I am happy with my purchase. However, I’m giving a 4-star review because I think the graphics on my mug are a little grainy, and they don’t look as sharp as they do on the website. Also, even though I paid for expedited shipping, the item arrived days after the delivery window—I was expecting the item to ship out from the warehouse earlier in order for it to arrive on time.

The product is fine and the cost is what it is. But £7.50 for post and packing one t shirt - standard post 10-14 days - is a blatant rip off and a deliberate way to massively increase cost/ profit. Very very poor. Edit: Well the good news is that I was wrong - following my post on here they had in fact refunded the full postage £7.50. I misread the email they sent me - apologies. I have now changed my review from 3 to 4 stars So - if you think the £7.50 is too much just complain and you will get it refunded which is really great news. I had also suggested that I did not believe several of the 5 star reviews. They strongly refuted this and confirmed to me that all are indeed genuine. I do not dispute that they are from genuine people but I still believe that they have been coordinated by the organisation - the language is just way too corporate and consistent . See what you think.

I bought a customized mug and besides the delays in the delivery, everything looks fine. The mug was in good quality.

It eventually came in. However, the picture came a little faded. Could've been better!

Sadly it took quite long until I received my order because of an issue with the delivery partner. But let’s get to the good part of the story: The customer service was lovely, Juliet did everything to solve the problem in a very customer friendly way! This made my experience with Kittenfy almost purr-fect and I‘m very happy with my personalised mugs, they are so cute. 😻

First mug arrived with the wrong colours. I got no answers on Email or Facebook. But they responded after a poor review here, friendly and ready to fix the mistake. They sent mug again with the right colours. Very happy with it!

Ordered a mug for Christmas. 2 times the shipping went wrong. But the customer service was amazing! They asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted it to be shipped again. The second time I suggested shipping through another company since that was where the problem was. Third time's a charm! It got delivered and it's such a cute coffee mug. The quality is good. I can definitely recommend this, as long as they are with a different courier!
