I was worried the website was a scam but it is not. I ordered two items: a mug and a scratching post. The mug arrived but the scratching post was lost in transit. I contacted customer service by email and they sent me a refund for the item quickly (within one week). I was very pleased with the mug and the customer service provided regarding the lost item.

They place a lot of adverts on Facebook. I made an order with them, and contacted them straight away about a change. In the checkout appeared size S, but I put size M into the basket. I got a response a day later, saying they would change it accordingly The order arrived on time. Thanks very much.
