Wish I would have read the reviews before placing a order. They had no problem taking the money out of my account in a hurry. Said they would send me an email when my order was being shipped. 3 weeks later, still no email, no product and will not answer email requesting status. Beyond horrible customer service.

I managed to luckily cop an item from the kith women x sailor moon collab, check out on the website was easy and had no problem with it. i'm from Canada and I like how they include duties/tax in your total unlike some other companies. my item arrived pretty fast and their packaging for items are so cute! will most likely buy from them again!

I really wanted these shoes and ordered 2 pair, it has been over a month now and I still have not received them. They have already taken my money! I have sent 4 separate emails and no response to any of them. I have searched everywhere for a phone number and nothing! I am so mad about this and don't know how to get this fixed.

Appalling customer service. Sent me a pair of shoes instead of a shirt I ordered but won't refund or let me return! Disgraceful- even though it is there mistake I am left out of pocket. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a T-shirt in a size XS and was SHOCKED once it arrived as it was massive! Whoever measures the sizes for KITH needs fired as this XS T-shirt was like a size large!! Once I contacted them to arrange a refund I was told that they don’t do refunds! I am now down 100 odd quid with a very large top.
