The company delivered for me. I made a purchase from Kitchn, and although it took a bit for the item to be delivered, the company gave me several updates on the progress of the order and the item was just as I hoped for.

Ordered several items on June 5th. All I received was a confirmation with no shipping information. I have been emailing, texting and calling with no response. This is terrible business. I want my money back and I will get it.

Placed order and have not received product after 2 months. Have reported them the the better business bureau along with many others. Do not order from either Michaels closet or Kitch’n you will lose your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR MICHAELS CLOSET Order placed but never acknowledged. 5 phone messages sent. 5 texts sent. 10 emails sent. No response. Office is UPS shipping site. Also does business as MICHAELS CLOSET Need to contact authorities to shut this down. Sorry I did not listen to reviews before ordering.

Definitely a scam site. I placed an order and after three weeks it never shipped. I messaged them multiple time asking for an update on the status on my order. The first time I got a response that they would contact the warehouse. After another week I sent a second request. No reply. Another couple days and the third message resulted in them canceling my order with no further contact. Hopefully I get a refund, but I highly doubt it. Don’t buy from them!
