Work was done .. not satisfied with the results at the end .. called to find a solution how to fixed my situation.. was told I have to paid extra to get the job rectified.. mind me it’s a 5000$ project .. very dissatisfied.. never again

Their prices on countertops are extortionate and preposterous. For a quality quartz countertop we received quotes that ranged between $50 to $150 per square foot however with kitchen magic their absurd pricing for quartz countertops ranged between $500 to $700 per square foot. Their astronomical pricing is beyond human comprehension.

Customer service purposely lied to me about a appointment that she said she made but didn't because they gave me a quote and then they wanted to charge me more. If they really wanted to keep there customers happy they would have honered there quote, but they didn't care

I am really happy that I got the perfect shower door and bathtub that match the interior of my washroom. Thanks, Kitchen magic Authority for your fancy collections and that too at such an affordable price. People looking to buy such things can truly trust this site.

I had a Kitchen Designer come in to give an estimate. The running feet would be about 30 feet. I got estimates between $8000 to $9000 from other stores. The same for Kitchen magic was $31,000. This store/service needs to be in Hollywood not in Pa. Cant believe they are still in business for 20 + years with these costs.

I have had an amazing experience from Kitchen magic from start to finish. A knowledgeable employee First came to my house and helped us plan our new kitchen. She recommended helpful changes to increase storage space, add function and esthetics. We even added a much larger quartz island and the cost was about a third of a total kitchen remodel. Arben Gjokazaj was meticulous about the fine details of the project. I could not find anything to complain about! You can tell he really cares about the craftsmanship he completes. Best yet there is a life time warranty on the work. Our kitchen is now modern looking with no hassle. They completed the entire job when we were on vacation. It does not get better than that😊. John Serafin salesman at kitchen magic created lies about the doors and even the design we picked at the time we signed the contract and gave a deposit . we found this out days later when the man who came to measure told us the door was not available for the price was told to us by that salesman John. He also lied that we didn't need to upgrade our lazy Susan component only the doors which was not correct from the measurement guy who said we had to pay more than the contracted stated. This place is a rip off they want to get your money and say anything at time of sale. BEWARE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!

I had Kitchen Magic come out to do a face lift to my kitchen. Part of the job was to remove the "blank" face plates in front of the sink and install two tilt out doors to put sponges and stuff in for storage. Both of these doors have since started swelling at the bottom to the point where the seems are starting to pop and come apart. I called customer service and was told that this was water damage and not covered by the warranty. However, I could buy new fronts and they could give me a quote for this. When I said I did not think I should spend anymore money as I already paid a premium price for what I thought was a premium product and apparently this would just happen again, I was told that all they could do was to send me one of the doors and if I would not buy the other then they would not install it and I was on my own. Not sure what these doors are made of, but to build them out of something that will swell when they come in contact with water and place them in front of a kitchen sink where they could get water on them not to mention they are designed to hold sponges which very possibly could be at least damp is unacceptable. These doors are not anyplace where the water could freeze to cause this separation, they apparently just absorbed water and swelled like cheap particle board doors, which by no means these are. Up until this point, I was extremely satisfied, but would not recommend this product for a kitchen unless you are planning to sell the house, and even then, probably just before closing.
