The beginning…… A Kitchen Magic Design Consultant Mike Wharton came for a design consultation session. After investigating multiple companies, we had no problem deciding who we wanted to use for our kitchen project. Mike understood our needs and easily worked with our proposed design inspiration. His knowledge of the company was evident from the start and he was able to share design boards that mirrored our color and design choices. The work process highlighting specific strengths of the family design of the company was impressive. Second….The company lived up to our expectations. We had fabulous employees work on our project. Prior to the work we met with a draftsman— necessary materials were designed and delivered so that the detailed oriented carpenter and tiler could do their amazing work. Finally……if we could upload the before and after the first one would feature outdated oak cabinets and the lovely finished one would highlight two toned grey lowers and white uppers—and the backsplash changed to beveled white subway tiles with grey grout. We are very happy with the transformation.

We are happy with our new kitchen. Everyone from the sales person to the installers and customer service reps were terrific.

The team of professionals are amazing from the time of the fires visit to the of the work Kitchen magic stands for there products and services My kitchen looks fantastic

My experience with Kitchen Magic was a good one when renovating my kitchen. The salesman was great, bringing appropriate appropriate samples based on what I described. The video shown was very educational and spared me from asking tons of questions. The job was completed in the timeline promised, and most workers were very professional. Hopefully the cabinets last for a good long time (I’m a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews). I’m really happy with the result (new cabinets and granite countertop). I only wish that one person contacted me throughout the job rather than multiple ones.

The Kitchen Magic was true to their words and plans and delivered the project in a timely, professional and issue-free manner. Overall great experience!

I recently had my kitchen cabinets renovated by Tom and Derek from Kitchen Magic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer service were exceptional. Kitchen Magic used premium materials and high-quality custom cabinet doors, combined with expert craftsmanship, to give my kitchen a fresh, modern look. The transformation is incredible! Tom was especially responsive throughout the entire process—going above and beyond during fabrication, installation, and even clean-up. Both he and Derek ensured every detail was handled with care and precision. Thanks to their hard work, my kitchen has been completely upgraded in both style and function. I had a truly positive experience and highly recommend Kitchen Magic to anyone considering a kitchen renovation!

There were multiple issues with the project: 1. We were told by the salesman that the project would take two weeks. Since it was happening in December we wanted to be sure it was completed before the holidays. The project began December 9th where the entire kitchen was removed. We did not have a working sink until January 3rd. 2. As part of the project the stove was to be moved 6 inches to put in a corner cabinet. When the person came out to measure the space, he told us that the gas line needed to be moved for the cabinet to fit. He told us that we needed to hire someone else, because Kitchen Magic only did the cabinets. We had to scramble go find someone quickly. 3. The cabinets were installed within the two weeks, but no counter top or sink. Now we were into holiday weeks with no communication as to when it would be finished. 4. During the removal we discovered that we needed to replace the dishwasher. We purchased the new dishwasher and had it delivered. When the person came to install the countertop and sink, he told us that he couldn’t install the dishwasher. The contract stated that he was to reconnect the existing dishwasher not to install a new one. 5. We used the recommended finance company. They received multiple request for final payout well before we even had a sink. Overall, it was not a good experience. The expectation was that they were remodeling our kitchen not just installing the cabinets.

This is an excellent company. Staff are real craftsmen who obviously take pride in their work. They show up when they say they will, they work full days and finish the job on time. We have had two houses done by them and could not be happier.
