Hi Rob, Thank you for your feedback, we have popped you an email as we would very much like to resolve this issue with you. If possible, would you be able to let us know the batch number of your bag ( can be found on a white label in the zipped pocket in the main body if the bag) so that we can investigate any issues with this batch. Our Customer Service Team would very much like to hear from you so that we can rectify this situation.

Hi Alan, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the KitBrix bag. As a team that includes a few cyclists, we have been able to fit large sized cycling shoes, a helmet, 2 x bibs, 2 x jerseys, socks, glasses and a cycling computer into the Hero bag, with room for more, for trips overseas, and have demonstrated this on our socials. If we can ask what kit you are having trouble fitting into the bag, we would be happy to help.
