quick delivery and product was great
quick delivery and product was great. Strong, sturdy and solid - Have been using the Kitbrix bag for a few months, on the water. I can wash it off after a day on the water getting sprayed with waves with kit inside and all is dry. Very good item

Great product and service
Great product and service. Despite the Royal Mail loosing my parcel, the customer service team sent a new bag out to me straight away.

Seems great and very practical
Bought as a gift, so not used yet. However it looks great, seems really well made and very practical for using as a drop bag or transition bag (it’s not just for triathlons). It’s a good size, and being square can be stacked easily. I like the viewing windows on the ends (for names or activity, depending how you’re using it). The service was also very good: it was despatched and arrived very quickly…I’m just trying to think of a reason why I might need one now 😆
