I love how clean the ingredients are, and how fresh they are. And my dog seemed to enjoy the change in her food. We had received this as a sample and she enjoyed it!

The kismet product has been wonderful for my pet. He's a very fussy eater but he does eat your kibble and treats. I have used this dog food for I think over two years now and would like to continue. The problem is my last order was delivered by Amazon. If that continues I will have to discontinue using kismet. One of the reason I liked your product was that delivery was by FedEx. Although they have corporate issues also, I have walked away from Amazon and try not to use any of their services.

OnTrac does not use Amazon for last mile delivery, they do all of their own delivering. Amazon has been known to use OnTrac for their last mile delivery in some markets. This may have been why you saw amazon boxes or logos as part of the delivery process. I hope this makes you feel better about our service. My dogs liked this ok.they even seemed to eat dry food better with it. But as far as helping their coat I didn't notice to much.

This food topper was absolutely amazing. My dog loved ot from first bite. She would then sot patiently while she saw me adding it to her bowl then go right over and gobble it all up. I had never bought something like this before, but I got a bag for a free product sample and my dog fell in love. Thank you so much.

I received this product as a free sample from PinchMe. My cat absolutely loved this and it did not seem to upset her tummy. She seemed to want more!
