Placed two orders 12 days ago and still have not received any kind of shipping notification or anything. Customer service is terrible. They don't care and just make excuses.

Wow!! Called to ask a simple question about an order I placed 5 days ago and was treated sub par. Absolutely nothing short of B*tch mode. Prompt says to press 1 for online and her first thing to me was not the right area. I am appalled at this treatment of a customer. All I wanted to know is when will the item ship. Still waiting for an email stating this

I placed an online order and never received it. I called Kirklands to ask for replacement or refund, and they said they do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages, that I need to have my bank give me refund. Bank said I need to contact Kirklands. Nobody has time for all this. The order was around $100 so I am pissed!

Me and family which consists of my wife my daughter 4 my son 1and a half and my son 3 months old we walked inside the store in Lawrenceville, ga 1250 Scenic Hwy about 10:15 am and we’re greeted by the employee only because they coming in the same direction as us by the way was the only greeting we received we we’re never asked if need help or if there was anything we needed help with just employee’s watching us as if we’re not supposed to be the store the entire time we were in there. Great way to lose potential customer. If you work in customer service it is your JOB to service your customers.

Llevo días recibiendo correos de esta página web y yo no tengo nada con quién está detrás de esta estafa. Lo único que he podido hacer para que no me llegue nada más de ellos es poner la dirección en la lista Robinson y así dejan de llegar correos de los estafadores

Receiving an email about some order, I don't know them and never ordered anything . Smells like phishing

Scam , scamming emailer don't trust ever.

Never had any dealings with this company and they shouldn't have my details, but they have somehow got my email address and are bombarding me with phishing emails about fake antivirus software.
