My wife ordered a couple of rings for me that ended up being too big for me. King Will replaced both in the correct size. Correspondence with King Will during the whole process was prompt, professional, and responsive. Very happy with their customer service and the rings are awesome too!

Ordered a ring that was unfortunately out of stock. Customer service contacted me right away to discuss more options and they were very informative and professional. Once we figured everything out I got the ring 2 days later. Speedy delivery, quick and efficient through email communication, and the ring looks amazing!

My husband loves the ring. However, the size of their rings tend to be larger than regular sizes, we had to exchange twice for the perfect fit. Customer service was great, Heather responded quickly and was very helpful. Note: the King Will official website doesn’t provide any customer service contact information. I had to leave a message on their FB page in order to have the ring returned/exchanged.
