I would of given 5 stars but when I placed the order I didn’t receive any type of confirmation of the order after I emailed them. I waited a couple of days and still no confirmation. So I contacted Pay Pal and by the end of the day I received a tracking number. They stated they sent a tracking number but I never received one. The ring was beautiful and I’m very satisfied.

I have no complaints about the products, which are great! The returns process felt more cumbersome than necessary. I had to take pictures of the rings I was returning, and I was encouraged to try to keep the rings or sell them locally. Ultimately, they honored their policy, but definitely more friction with the return process than I expected. In the future I will probably try to buy their products on Amazon instead, painless returns there!

Could’ve bought the same ring on Amazon for $10 cheaper same brand and everything. I was very annoyed about the follow up emails were always from different companies. Ordered directly from the company and My ring was shipped from Amazon. And it’s made in China. 🤬

It is a very nice ring but it doesn’t fit. I used their measuring technique and even double checked my finger with a vernier caliper (mm) and matched to the ring size, but it is still too small.

Never recieved a confirmation email but the ring arrived in good time

Customer service did reach out a couple of times and apologized for what happened. They’ve shown some good effort on their end to make sure that I am satisfied. A+ on their end. Like I said in the previous review, the actual product is great. I have zero complaints.

Ring does not fit and I cannot get in contact with the seller.

APRIL 9, 2018 UPDATE ISSUE RESOLVED I wanted to update that I was contacted by Tracy Luo from King Will and she is working with me to provide refunds. Everything has been worked out on the positive side and Tracy has been very nice and helpful. Bottom line, HAD I MADE SURE I HAD THE CORRECT RING SIZE BEFORE ORDERING I WOULD HAVE HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FROM THE GET GO. I wouldn't hesitate to order King Will rings again but I think they have some tweaking to do as far as customer service. They do aim to please it's just that with today's technology it should and can be a much smoother process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the rings but if in doubt about your ring size don't order until you know for sure! My first and third attempts were sent through your website last week and I have no record of it since it was sent from your site (but would have been on 3/19 and then again today. My second attempt was on 3/20 below and this is my fourth. I'm getting concerned as I've placed two orders through your website. The first was on 3/13 (Order ID KW-100000802) which was shipped/received; however the rings must be returned as they do not fit so I need a return label. The second order was placed on 3/19. I have PayPal confirmation for second purchase for $60.47; however to date (it's 3/22 I've not received an e-mail confirmation of my order, shipping confirmation, etc. from you. There is no contact information on your website, other than an e-mail address. Please advise asap otherwise, I feel I will need to contact PayPal for refunds and I would really just rather return for refund and receive the new rings. Thank you in advance.
