I was concerned about my order since I didn't hear back any confirmation, or tracking info, but Heather@King Will helped me with the issue, and the ring showed up next day, Amazing customer service!

I waited for my ring for like 2 months, but I was not in a hurry. Heather sent it to me once it got back in stock, everything is great.

I’m really satisfied with both the quality of the ring and the customer service. I had to return my ring twice to get different sizes, and Heather from customer service was great! She was pleasant to communicate with, and she got everything to me fairly quickly! I’m super happy with everything

The service and product here are great. When I ordered my ring the size I wanted was out of stock for a few weeks. Due to my wedding coming up I really wanted to see the style in person and get a feel for it. KW send me the next size up to look at and try on. The second my size came in stock that contacted me with a means to send back the bigger size and they quickly shipped the one I was waiting for. This was very helpful. The ring has a great quality feel to it and neat style.

I just received my ring and we are absolutely in love with it. Amazing customer service helped us get the ring we wanted in the size we wanted as well. Definitely going to buy more rings from this company!

We loved our rings and customer service was very helpful in replacing the one we got in the wrong size.
