I ordered a ring and emailed this company 4 times about it attempted to call them the phone number on the confirmation email was incorrect this is unacceptable

My husband measured his ring size wrong and I had to interact with customer service. I received very prompt and courteous replies. The representative that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and patient. I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone. The ring is very sturdy and nicely made. No rough edges or imperfections visible. It is perfect. A ring of this quality will easily run you over $300 in a brick and mortar store. So glad I stumbled upon King Will Rings.

My AK daughter gave me a ring as a gift. I wore it for a short time and the gold plating started to come off. So I called because it has a lifetime warranty. I was called back by a representative immediately. Unfortunately my AK hasn`t yet produced a order number so I can`t fill your needed information. So you have given me excellent service but I can`t do my part. It is a ladies plain wedding band, size 6, med width, gold plated over a dark material,maybe tungsten . If I can ever get the order number I will contact you again. Thank you. Cecile Torrey

Impossible to return something!

These Tungsten rings are fantastic. Good weight to them and impressively finished at a fraction of the cost of the mainstream fraudsters overpricing jewelry. I've purchased 5 rings now and so far they don't show any signs of wear. I had an issue with one ring I ordered (it wasn't shipped with the other rings)-- it turns out the ring was out of stock, but the issue was resolved quickly when I contacted the company, and I eventually got the ring, so no stars removed. I'm going to order a couple more!

I received the ring a few days ago and it feels amazing. It's solid, 0 scratches (even though it should lol). It's very nice and is of high quality. I'm enjoying it incredibly. Looks beautiful too!

Awesome...delivered on time. Most beautiful ring ive seen in a while. Didnt know it was coated in clear rubberish stuff but that made it all that more perfect since it was for a mechanic.
