The ring was exactly what I wanted.

Tried to get ahold of them bc the ring was the wrong size, no one ever emailed me back so I had to order another 2 days before the wedding. So now I have one that is not what I ordered and one that is the wrong size. Yay nothing like having a bunch of crap you can't use bc no one will return an email or call. Thanks

The ring is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. The box it came in was also gorgeous. The one downfall was the actual websites customer service. The only way to reach out to them was through email. There is no live chat or anything like that. However, after reaching out to the company via chat on Facebook, they were very attentative and took care of my issue very quickly and I had a full refund within 24 hours. They also responded over facebook in under a half hour. The shipping was also very fast. Overall, great company! I will definitely use them again!
