Great ring my husband loves it but I need a bigger size it would help if it came with a return label to make it easier to exchange. Does anyone know how to get in touch with customer service because their customer service email isn't working for me.

Sent incorrect ring and said it was the one I ordered even though it was clearly not the same ring. I ordered a stepped edge ring. I received a beveled edge ring. Bad company. They just stopped responding. Said it's what I ordered. That the stepped edge is in the inside. Edge means the edge. Not the center. Hope you get what u order. Cause u might get something different and be stuck with it. Very disappointed.

Love the design of the DOU tungsten black/silver with rose gold. I bought this ring just to wear to work. I work in a hospital and don’t wanna wear my wedding band. I’m a size 7 and for some reason the King Will size 7 is a little loose so I don’t know if other customers have issue with sizing. I still gave 4 stars because of the price and the fast shipping and also the quality.
