They advertise as rain proof
They advertise as rain proof. That may be true as long as the rain is soft rain and no wind. BUT… in Florida when the rains are coming in sideways or even just a heavy downpour the water gets inside and all the feed develops into a big cake block and you’ve lost all that food. Not As Advertised. Wouldn’t buy again. And, oh ya they’re really hard to clean. Very disappointed.

While the feeder is designed to help protect seed from normal rain, severe weather conditions such as heavy, wind-driven rain can sometimes allow moisture to enter.
