The specialist that I spoke with (Nellie) was Awesome!! She was very knowledgeable about the services they provided. She was very patient and considerate. I did not feel pressured or anything. I had a great experience with her. I Love how she prayed for me and my situation. I just feel like.. they are some really good people at this company.
