People at kingdom debt were very nice…
People at kingdom debt were very nice and supportative. However once in the program terms were interputed diffetently. You credit score will tank to grave level no just take a hit. It will take 6-9 months fir you to build savings before they even begin to negotiate. Not sure where the confusion is between Vantix Law who actually dies the work or with kingdom. Either was it seems was not on up & up.

Thank you for the kind words about our team, and for being so open about your experience — feedback like this helps other clients know what to expect. A couple of facts worth sharing here for you and anyone else reading. The credit score drop is a known and expected part of how debt settlement programs work — because creditors are typically not being paid directly during the negotiation phase, they report the accounts as delinquent, which causes a real dip before it improves. That's part of the strategy that leads to lower settlements, and it's something we cover during enrollment, though we understand it can feel bigger than expected once you're in it. The savings-building period before negotiations start works the same way: creditors respond better to offers once there are funds behind them, so that time is working in your favor even though it doesn't always feel that way. On Kingdom Debt Solutions and Vantix Law: our team manages your program, coaching, and support, while the actual creditor negotiations are handled by Americor, our negotiations partner — Vantix Law is brought in as legal counsel in states where that's required. That's a lot to take in during enrollment along with everything else, so it makes sense it's easy to lose track of once the program is moving. We're always glad to walk through it again. Since you're still with us, we wanted to make sure you saw that a settlement was ready for your approval in the app just 4 months after your first deposit — well ahead of the 6-9 month range you mentioned, and a strong sign the program is already working for you. We'd also love for you to take full advantage of your Walk With You Promise: budgeting support, live support calls, and the financial course are all there for you throughout the program. You've been a great client to work with, and we're glad to have you with us — thank you for your patience and for trusting the process.
