Not upfront about fees, read contract carefully
This company is not upfront about fees. They get 27% of the total amount of your original balance/debt as their fee, which you pay regardless if they do their job or you cancel with them.

Thank you for sharing this feedback — we take concerns about fee transparency seriously, and I'm sorry to hear you felt caught off guard. Our fee structure is disclosed in writing before enrollment: it's outlined in the client agreement you sign, and our enrollment team walks through it verbally as well, including how the fee is calculated and when it's owed. We require clients to have that information before signing specifically so there are no surprises later. Our leadership team has also reached out to you directly by phone and email on multiple occasions to discuss your concerns and review your account, but we haven't been able to connect yet. We'd still welcome the chance to talk this through with you — please reach out to us at [email protected] whenever works for you, or let us know a good time to try again.
