I worked with Melissa Ard and she was wonderful! I ended up not being able to qualify for the program due to the way my car loan was tied to another loan, but Melissa was wonderful as we worked through the process. She was patient and kind, and really wanted to make sure that I was going to be in a better position in the end and wasn’t just out to close a deal. She was very knowledgeable and never made me feel ashamed for reaching out to help. My employer restructured and got rid of my team out of the blue and I was without a job for a long while, relying on my credit cards for necessities. She was understanding and worked for my benefit.
