Original battery would not charge. Replacement was a little difficult but mostly on my end for not following instructions to the T. New battery came and no issues. Maybe make the test of the bad battery just a little easier. Other than that im very satisfied.

Had a E6 error on my Hunter. Emailed Kingbull and they responded quickly and told me things to check and together we verified that the controller went out. They had one shipped out and now my bike is going again.

I purchased the Kingbull Hunter 2.0. Was easy to assemble but did have an issue with the charger working properly. Contacted customer service and they immediately sent a replacement charger. No issues as of today.
