Because they don't know what they're doing!
According to information on the homepage, Kineon has delivered 2417 Knee+. With the ID 1340 from December 8, 2021, I am one of the early supporters. Problem!? Unfortunately, a statement about the functionality of the device cannot be made, as I have not received it to this day. Just Well Technology's shipping notice through Pledgebox at the end of September. Item description inaccurate and incorrect value. FedEx responsible for customs processing cannot carry out customs clearance due to missing correct information. Pledgebox was unable to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, my contact with Kineon has not led to any success so far.

Kineon product never received
The item was shipped 9/12/22, but there was a problem with the shipping label Kineon mailed it with. USPS returned the package to Kineon on 9/26/22. I have reached out to Kineon, but they have been dismissive and evasive with my attempts to have this resolved. I have not yet received the product I ordered.

I purchased 2 move + devices and I don’t know when I’ll receive them. It’s been a couple of months and I’ve not been given one single update.

Hi Margaret, This is Tor from the Kineon Customer Support Team - hope you are well! Just following up with you regarding the issue you mentioned about your order. We're really sorry for the delay you've experienced here. I can see that you used our part-payments system Partial.ly, which was meant to inform people that their orders would be delivered after the final payment has been made. Unfortunately I don't believe this was communicated across properly during the transaction, so apologies for that lack of transparency. I've just requested the shipping team to expedite your order, so hopefully you should receive it within the next 10 days. Regarding the communications, have you been receiving our update emails? We do send these regularly to keep buyers updated on the shipping status. If you haven't received these, please check your Spam folder as sometimes they can end up in there. If you have any other issues, please feel free to reach out 🙂
