I have to say I was rather skeptical about the value of this device, but I have been pleasantly surprised. It has reduced the discomfort I feel in my knee. I'm 56 now and had arthroscopic surgery 17 years ago that cleaned up a tear in the meniscus, and removed arthritis that was already starting to form. It was pretty good for years, but the general discomfort and stiffness has ramped up over the past year. Using this for three cycles each night for the past 2-3 weeks has reduced that discomfort a fair amount. My knee is still stiff after walking, standing and/or sitting, but it loosens up much quicker now and feels better overall after a few steps. I certainly won't make the discomfort go away completely, but with the occasional use of over the counter anti-inflammatories, it should allow more regular use for hiking and biking with less discomfort.

Quite happy to receive my device a few weeks ago. The device works. I've only used it intermittently due to work & personal commitments. Feedback from Kineon both from their Facebook page & support email has been quick & professional. The only reason for deducting a star is that the strap I got for Move+ was defective. Customer support knows of this issue although I've still to receive feedback when I can get the replacement strap. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Good product, simple and easy to use. It has been beneficial on the painful knee, I am using 2-3 times per day. After few session you can start feeling the benefit and the daily routine improve the quality of life.

I really like the device. It has given me some relief from chronic knee pain. I wish there was a way to adapt the belt to use it more effectively on smaller areas of pain. I have a carpal tunnel issue and tried to use it around my wrist and hand. The distance between the units makes it hard to use it that way, but I did get a little benefit anyway. It was just hard to keep it in place for the therapy.

My massage therapist used your infrared laser mobile unit on my arthritic shoulder and elbo producing substantial pain relief and increased flexibility. I bought your unit to continue and reinforce my treatments.

Everything has been great, but the last shipment took a very long time to go from "shipped" to "in transit", and when it arrived, only one unit had been shipped (instead of two). I have 4 units now, waiting on the 5th, which is now on its way. I am very happy with the construct and function of the units, they look and work great!
