Very fast shipping. I could have had it overnight after it was shipped. However, a signature was required for delivery. I have a job so I am not home during the day. I couldn't have it dropped at a UPS access point due to delivery restrictions. I did have it held at the UPS distribution center and picked it up the next day. I deducted one star for the headache of me going out of my way to go get it. It would be nice to know up front about delivery requirements. . I haven't used it enough to make a good assessment of the device itself. I do have a medical grade light panel using the same/similar light frequencies. I know they work. I hope this does.

The site was easy to navigate. However 2 things could have improved. 1: I mistakingly had one extra item in the cart and I could not edit it to remove one item. This should have been a feature or capability. 2: I had the code prompteed on the site for free shipping, and attempted to use it, but I could not apply it without error.

Applying to arthritic hand and foot joints. Immediate reduction in pain levels. Some improvement in function. More time needed to determine effectiveness. Awesome customer service response.

I’ve been using my move + on various joints, including my problem knee, for a few weeks/month now and I’m sorry to say I’m not noticing any improvement. I have knee pain, tennis elbow, neck pain, and thumb joint pain. Also tried it on my rotator cuff area which has pain with certain motion (yes, I’m a mess). There also weren’t any instructions as to how long to treat the area for, so initially I just did it for the programmed time, which was pretty short. I’ve upped it to multiple “sessions” and hope that works better, but some tips would be helpful. BTW, I am 49, lifetime athlete and still active, biking, hiking, etc. despite discomfort. Thanks.

So far I love it. Only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because I wish the straps were more flexible to adjust to different angles and spots.

Great product, love the device works wonders on my knee. The strap could use some improvements. The devices themselves would benefit with a longer lasting battery and maybe a few tweaks on the switch buttons. Overall for a start up company they have done pretty good to excellent. Communications have been good which is very important for a start up with investors..

I have received a great deal of relief from the arthritis pain in my right hand. I have had to use rubber bands to hold the lights in place on the affected joints but the excruciating shooting pains that I was having frequently are now very infrequent.
