When I received my unit, one of the modules would not turn on at all. I had to argue with customer service for a week before they would send me a new one. The new one arrived and does not work either. They need some serious quality control.

I reached out several times now about my current order. I requested a refund because I don't see my current product ever arriving after more then a month. Instead of responding to any my inquires all I see is that a new order has been submitted for me? While I appreciate the team seemingly trying to rectify the issue, I still have not got a clear answer what happened with my original order or a response at all to let me know what is going on. This was not a cheap product and I am still out of several hundreds of dollars and no product in hand.

Ok, I'm taking a chance on purchasing this thing because my wife has chronic osteoarthritis in both knees (hereditary) and I need a way to health quicker after weight lifting. This was to be a birthday gift for her, I specifically paid $60 for 1-2 day delivery and my order has still not been fulfilled in 5 days. PLUS, I'm getting spammed from the company, CEO, etc. on my "experiences" with the product. NO, not a great experience! I reached out to someone after I put in a ticket about my order status and delivery, told them the situation and they completely ghosted me! ZERO direct response. Very underwhelmed before even getting the device. Don't offer next day delivery if you don't even have the product in stock. Honestly, I don't even know if this product exists right now.

I have only had the device a short time. The strap is too small and is not very adjustable. My main complaint is with the customer service. I sent an email and I get back sales pitches on why am I not getting their product. I sent an email asking how to get a refund and got another sales email. Customer service is a deal breaker for me.
